Each visit (4 times per year) includes a rotating set of essential services, such as: 

• Roof Tune-Up: Minor repairs, shingle resealing, flashing check, caulking touch-ups 
• Gutter Cleaning & Inspection: Debris removal, slope check, downspout flush 
• Exterior Health Check: Siding, windows, doors, trim-documented inspection with photos 
• Attic/Ventilation Review: Spot signs of leaks, mold, or insulation problems (where accessible)

We alternate focus areas seasonally, so your property is covered from top to bottom throughout the year.
